I cannot say enough wonderful things about this vacation home - from start to finish, the weekend was outstanding. When we arrived late at night, the house was entirely lit up, a truly warm welcome and refreshingly personal touch.
If I could bottle the entire weekend I would. From watching a beautiful sunset to waking up on the deck outside the master bedroom it couldn't have been better. The kids loved the pool and I liked being able to enjoy watching them and the ocean at the same time.
After having spent years vacationing at and enjoying OBX/Hatteras Island and getting "Hurricaned" out this year we chose to go the extra 2 hrs and 90 miles to try Sobx's Emerald Island and stay at Emerald Isle.
We have stayed here 2 years,it has been excellent. It's small house but excellent for family of 4. Location to beach, and panoramic views inside house and on large deck could not be better. We love this place! The cost was a great deal for E.Isle beachfront.
