Brian's background is from 14 years of finance & investment management with a major securities firm. He is a long serving member of the CCAR Board of Directors 2003-2010 and was the 2008 President of the Crystal Coast MLS. Brian is the president and founder of Angelfish Properties, Inc.
Since the mid 90's, Brian has bought, sold and rented ocean front, second row and water view property extensively. Brian believes that proximity to and a good view of the water is crucial to real estate value and appreciation. Putting the client's best interest first is his and the company's constant mission.

Brenda Ballard, Realtor, ABR, CIPS, CRB, GRI, TRC, CDPE
Licensed since 1989, Brenda is a career real estate professional. She was the 2010 President of CCAR, served a previous term as President of CCAR in 1995 and is a past Realtor of the Year.
She served as the 2000 National WCR President and was voted a NC Member of the Year. Additionally, Brenda has been a member of the NAR Executive Committee as well as the CCAR Board of Directors.
Brenda is a licensed real estate instructor, public speaker and a very active member of her church. A majority of Brenda's clients come from referral naturally by the length of her career, but mostly because of a stellar reputation as a wise and experienced Realtor with a vast contact network.
